Well Michael & I have had an awesome first month. We had a great week in Costa Rica, also got to visit Nicaragua while we were there. We came back for a fun filled day at Lake Lawtonka for Labor Day celebrations. Then he went to work & I went to work setting up house & home. We celebrated his birthday, among others on Sept. 19 in Lawton @ Mike's Sports Grill and in Oklahoma City that night with his family at BJ's. We also spent the next few evenings visiting the State Fair of Oklahoma. Fried anything was definitely on the menu as well as those delicious Cinnamon Rolls. We saw Eli Young Band, Addison Road, Tenth Avenue North & Matt Maher in concert. I also attended the sheep show and realized I can't wait for Taylor (my niece) to turn 9 so she can start showing. The next weekend we catered a beautiful wedding in the Paseo arts district. A garden party theme on a perfect evening was so enjoyable. The next day Michael had suprised me with tickets to see Cabaret. It was perfect weather so we walked to the theatre from our condo. This past Thursday was the opening intersquad game for the new Oklahoma hockey team the Barons. We went to watch, then came home and watched the OSU Cowboys pull off an amazing victory. Saturday we enjoyed the OU/TX festivities with family at his parents house. Sunday we made a trip to Tulsa for the Andi Birthday/Tulsa State Fair tradition. We ate fried butter, corn on the cob, and a huge homemade pretzel! On the shopping trip the most memorable item was Lucky Charm marshmallows from an Amish booth. SOOO Yummy! Well that brings you up to date. Stay tuned for more from Michael & Andi - The Married Life

Waiting on our luggage.
A skinny cow walkin down the road, so glad we know how to grow 'em right here in Oklahoma!
Even Costa Rica knows how to recycle : their government outlawed trash dumps over 6 years ago. Created a recycling program. Think about it Obama: promote your liberal "green agenda" and create new jobs! GREAT IDEA.
